Do they stay on at the heel without a strap?
Yes. The collar stretches to go on, then holds close around the heel. Most women find they stay put through normal walking without slipping.
Can I wear them with socks?
You can. Thin no-show socks work best and won't change the fit. Many women wear them barefoot in warm weather since the mesh breathes.
Will the mesh let water through in the rain?
Yes. The open weave is built for airflow, not water resistance. These are best kept for dry days.
Do they work with orthotic inserts?
